How to Enroll
Follow these steps to apply EKA University of Applied Sciences
Selecting a major
Visit the official EKA's website and check out the programs offered. Choose the program that suits your interests and career goals.
Preparation of documents
Please do not attach ZIP files, scanned documents, or separate files. All educational documents must be combined into one file. All files must be properly named, for example: "Passport_Smith". The following documents must be attached to the application: filled-in application form (in Word format, available on the university’s website), a copy of the passport, if the applicant has changed their name or surname — a copy of the official document confirming the change, a notarized copy of the general secondary education diploma with transcript of records, and a copy of an international English language certificate (the original must be shown upon arrival).
Language skills assessment
If you are not a native English speaker, you may be required to take an English proficiency test (such as IELTS or TOEFL). Make sure your results meet the program requirements.
Fill in your personal data
In the application form, provide your personal information, including first name, last name, contact information and date of birth. Make sure that the information is accurate and up-to-date. Then specify the information required for the application, such as language certificate scores, average grade, etc.
Check and confirm the application
Carefully check all the entered information and uploaded documents. After making sure that they are correct, confirm the application.
Keep track of the status of your application
You can track the status of your application in your UNITAP personal account. Check for updates regularly and provide additional documents or information if necessary.
Prepare for the admission test
If you are eligible for studies, within 7 days you will receive a link to online test (for Bachelor students only). After you will take it, we will inform you about the results.
Prepare for the interview
If you are eligible for studies, within 7 days you will receive a link to online test (for Bachelor students only). After you will take it, we will inform you about the results. Those, who will answer correctly to 60%-100% of the test questions , have to pass the next step – an interview via Skype (you will need camera and microphone on your computer to participate in the interview). You will be informed about necessary procedure.
Get a decision on enrollment (admission offer)
Wait for a decision from the university. After receiving a positive response, follow additional instructions to complete the admission process, including applying for a visa and finding accommodation (if necessary).
Start your studies
After completing all the formalities, start studying at the chosen university. Good luck in your studies and achieving your academic goals!
