How to Enroll

Follow these steps to apply Forth Valley College

Filling out the international application form

To ensure your application is processed quickly, please ensure that the International Application Form is filled out completely and that you provide the relevant documents with it. Otherwise, your application will be delayed.

Collection of documents

Collect all supporting documents mentioned in the next section.

Sending documents

Please send all documents along with your completed application form to the Student Administration Office at student.applications@forthvalley.ac.uk.

Receiving an invitation for an interview

Once your application and supporting documents have been reviewed, you will be invited to an interview either in person or via MS Teams. Further correspondence with you will be conducted once a decision has been made on whether to grant you a place on the course.

Receiving an offer

If you are successful at the interview, you will receive a Conditional Offer for a place on the course. You will be given information about the conditions that you must meet before you can receive an Unconditional Offer. These include the requirement to pay the full course fee and provide any other documents specified in the offer conditions.

Getting CAS

Once you have met all the conditions of the offer, you will be given an Unconditional Offer and a Confirmation of Acceptance to Study letter so that you can apply for a visa.

Obtaining a visa

You should then apply for a student visa at Applying for a Student Visa .

Preparing for arrival in the UK

Once you have received your visa, please contact the Student Services Office at student.applications@forthvalley.ac.uk. A Contracts Officer will contact you to begin making arrangements for your arrival in the UK.
