How to Enroll

Follow these steps to apply NBS | Neuroscience Business School

Fill out the form on the school website, indicating your personal data, education, work experience and motivation for admission. Select the desired training program and format of study (face-to-face or online).

Upload documents

Upload scans or photos of the following documents: passport, diploma or high school diploma for undergraduate, transcript with grades, certificate of English proficiency

Pay the entry fee

Pay the $106 application fee via bank transfer or online payment. The application fee is non-refundable and does not count towards your tuition.

Pass the interview

After checking your application and documents, you will receive an invitation to an interview with a school representative. The interview is conducted via video link or phone. The purpose of the interview is to learn more about you, your motivation, goals and potential.

Receive your admission decision

After the interview, you will receive an enrollment decision via email within two weeks. If you are accepted, you will also receive a confirmation email and a training contract.

Confirm your enrollment

To confirm your enrolment, you must sign a study contract and pay the first tuition fee within 15 days of receiving the enrolment confirmation letter. The first tuition fee is 10% of the total tuition fee. After paying the first fee, you will receive an official invitation letter to obtain a visa (if required).
