How to Enroll
Follow these steps to apply Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology
Select country and universities
Select your country and universities in UNITAP . To see the universities you can apply to via UNITAP , check the box "Application via the u nitap . org portal " in the "Filter" section.
Create a request
After selecting a university, go to the profile of the selected university. On the right side of the page, click on the "Create an application" button.
Select a faculty, specialty and application process
In the opened window, select the faculty, specialty and submission method.
Fill in your personal details
In the application form, provide your personal information, including your first name, last name, contact information, and date of birth. Make sure the information is accurate and up-to-date. Then provide the information required to submit your application, such as your language certificate score, grade point average, etc.
Upload the required documents
Prepare and upload all necessary documents, such as: - Secondary education certificate or its equivalent - Report card or grade sheet - Language proficiency certificates (e.g. TOEFL , IELTS ) - Passport or other identification document - Motivation letter and letters of recommendation (if required) *Some universities request additional documents, so please read the list carefully.
Check and confirm your application
Please check all entered information and uploaded documents carefully. Once you are sure that they are correct, confirm your application.
Track the status of your application
You can track the status of your application in your UNITAP account. Check regularly for updates and provide additional documents or information if necessary.
Prepare for the interview (if necessary)
Some universities may invite applicants for an interview. Prepare for this by studying information about the chosen university and program.
Receive an admission decision (offer)
Wait for a decision from the university. Once you receive a positive response, follow additional instructions to complete the admissions process, including applying for a visa and finding accommodation (if necessary).
