Fill out an application for study on the university website at this link: https://english.swps.pl/programs/apply/application-for-international-candidates and upload all the necessary supporting documents: scanned and translated into English with notarized copies of secondary education certificates and diplomas, a photograph for documents.

Submitting an application for training and paying the entrance fee

Submit your application and supporting documents to SWPS University via the university website. You will need to pay an application fee of 85 PLN (approximately $22 USD). For applicants to the School of Form ( Faculty of Design ) program , the application fee is 150 PLN (approximately $38 USD ).

Personal interview in English

After reviewing applications for admission, the most successful candidates will be invited to an online oral interview to assess their knowledge of English. Admission decision

Once you have received a positive response from the university regarding your admission, you will need to complete the formalities related to paying your tuition fees and officially registering for your studies.

Preparing for studies and obtaining a visa

You need to apply for a student visa to Poland and start booking accommodation in Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Sopot or Wroclaw - depending on the location of your chosen bachelor's degree program. Upon arrival in Poland, you need to provide the university with the originals of your secondary education certificate and other documents accompanying your application for study.
