If the diplomatic mission does not provide the requested documentation or provides it insufficient, Tor Vergata University of Rome may require the applicant to provide additional documents.

Submitting an application for training and paying the entrance fee
Submit your application to study at Tor Vergata University of Rome via your profile on the university website. You will need to pay an application fee. For the Bachelor of Arts in Global Governance program, the application fee is 50 euros, for all other programs - 30 euros.
Online interview/testing
UNDERGRADUATE: Upon receipt of your application and payment of the application fee, successful applicants to the Bachelor of Arts in Global Governance and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics programs will be invited to online interviews. Applicants to the Bachelor of Science in Engineering Sciences program will be required to take an online aptitude written test. FOUNDATION COURSE: No interview/testing is required for admission to the program.
Decision on the application
UNDERGRADUATE: Tor Vergata University of Rome processes applications on a competitive basis. Applications are awarded points out of 100 based on the quality and completeness of the documents submitted and the results of an interview or aptitude test; Each program has its own minimum passing score requirements. In the event of a tie, the application from the younger student will be given priority. The results of the competitive review of applications are either published on the program website or sent to the applicant's email. FOUNDATION COURSE: If all application documents are submitted in full, the university will send a notification of admission by email.
Pre-registration for studies
After receiving a positive decision on the application, applicants must pre-register for studies on the website: https://delphi.uniroma2.it/totem/jsp/index.jsp and make the first payment for tuition.
Preparing for studies and obtaining a visa
Applicants from non-EU countries and residing outside Italy at the time of application must register on the Universitaly portal at https://www.universitaly.it/ before applying for a student visa. To register, you need a valid passport, a letter of admission from the university (if any), and the results of the language tests. After receiving confirmation of pre-registration from Universitaly, you can contact the Italian embassy/consulate that you indicated on the Universitaly portal to apply for a student visa. You must also start booking accommodation in Rome. You must take the originals of all educational documents with you on your trip. After arriving in Rome, you must apply for a Residence permit in Italy.
Completion of registration for studies
To complete the registration, you must personally present the following original documents to the university upon arrival in Italy: 1. Passport with student visa; 2. Residence permit; 3. Original certificate/diploma of secondary education; 4. Original certificate of conformity of educational documents (Statement Comparability) from CIMEA or original certificate of legal validity of educational documents: (Declaration of Value).
