Follow these steps to apply University of Pecs

Before applying, please make sure you meet the program's entry requirements.

To apply online, you will need to create an account on the DreamApply website. On the home page, click the "Sign In / Register" button to get started.

Filling out the application form

Once you have created your account, you can proceed to fill out the online form. The form requires you to provide personal information, academic qualifications, and other necessary information.

Uploading supporting documents

You will also need to upload supporting documents such as academic transcript, language proficiency certificate and motivation letter.

Payment of application fee

To submit an application, you must pay a fee. The amount of the fee depends on the chosen program, but on average it is 100 euros.

After completing the form and uploading all the required documents, you can submit your application online.

Receiving an invitation to an entrance test or interview

After reviewing applications, the university may invite candidates to an entrance test or interview. In the case of an entrance test, this may involve writing an essay, solving problems, or completing other test tasks depending on the chosen program. The interview, in turn, provides the university administration with an opportunity to personally assess the student's motivation, academic and professional goals, and critical thinking ability.

Obtaining a Conditional Acceptance Letter

If you successfully pass the entrance exam/Skype interview, you will receive a Conditional Acceptance Letter and notification of tuition fees.

Tuition fees

Once you have received your tuition payment, you will be issued a letter of acceptance and can begin planning your trip to Pécs!

Obtaining a visa

To obtain a visa to Hungary, applicants must personally submit documents for a category "D" visa to the Visa Application Centres in Almaty and Astana, as third party representation is not allowed. All applicants aged 6 years and above must provide fingerprints. The consular fee is 110 euros and an additional 40 euros for servicing all applicants.

Preparing for departure includes booking tickets and accommodation, medical preparation, collecting necessary documents, financial preparation, packing luggage, learning local rules and customs, and familiarizing yourself with transportation.
