How to Enroll
Follow these steps to apply Vilnius Gediminas Technical University
Online application
The candidate fills out the application form in the application system on the website apply.vgtu.lt
Entry fee
Pays an entry fee of 100 EUR using the invoice issued by the application system. The fee must be paid before the invoice deadline, but no later than the application deadline.
Review of documents
The Centre for International Studies reviews your educational documents for the purposes of qualification recognition and, if necessary, consults with the ENIC-NARIC centre in Lithuania. If necessary, the Centre for International Studies may request additional documents or confirmation of your previous education.
Online interview
The Center for International Studies invites you to schedule an interview through the application system. You must attend the interview within 5 days at a time convenient for you.
Letter of Admission
The faculty reviews the recording of the interview. The Center for International Studies sends you an official conditional acceptance letter confirming your admission to your chosen program.
Paying bills
Once you receive an official letter of conditional acceptance, you pay your tuition and registration fee for the first year of study.
Application for a visa
The Center for International Studies, after payment, uploads the documents required for the visa application to the EPIS system and sends the student a mediation letter number. After receiving the mediation letter number, the student applies for a Lithuanian visa at the nearest Lithuanian embassy.
Obtaining a visa
The Lithuanian Embassy initiates the visa issuance procedure. After 10-14 days, the Lithuanian Embassy informs the student that his/her visa has been issued. (If the visa application is rejected, ISC will reimburse the tuition fee and the registration fee.)
